Hey all,
This week has been
good, and pretty busy.
Elder Christensen and
Elder Bragg came with their wives and visited the whole mission. We had a
mission conference. It was great. I got to see a bunch of my old companions and
see other missionaries.
One thing that they
talked about a lot is the ability to dominate the doctrine. How being
representatives we have to be informed and well-studied about everything.
This has been
something that we have seen a lot this week. In a lot of our lessons and
contacts that we had people will try and put doubts in our head and will try to
twist and change what comes from the real gospel of Jesus Christ. We saw that a
lot this week, and I could feel the spirit when I testified of the restoration
and the things that I know.
We also got to visit
some elders and attend their planning session. It’s always nice to see the efforts
of the Elders and Sisters in the zone.
We are trying to work
with a lot of people but it’s hard to find them at home. We find a lot of
people to teach here, but getting to the point to have daily contact or even
more than once a week contact is getting to be hard. All the people are important
but I feel like there are people even more prepared for us to teach. We are
actually going to be visiting a sister that is the granddaughter of a member.
She is about 35 years old, and she came to church this Sunday. She said she really
liked it. Her name is Eugenia.
That’s about it for
this week.
Love you all!
