Hey All!
This week was pretty
normal.
We had a zone
conference and that was good. We also had interviews with the President. He
usually has to travel about 4 hours to just have interviews with the
Missionaries in Tucuman. The mission is pretty big.
We are trying to have
some more activities here in the ward to get the members more involved.
This weekend we have a
movie night that is going to be with Meet
the Mormons.
We are teaching a girl
named Mikaela and she wants to be baptized. We are helping her to get married to
her boyfriend but we have a lot of hope for her.
I’m sorry if sometimes
my English is like a two-year-old. Haha.
It’s a little embarrassing sometimes.
We eat lunch with a young
couple that wants to learn English. They are both returned missionaries, and so
every time we pray in English, and then we learn Spanish while they learn English
with us. It’s really fun but this last time the sister told me to say ¨que? esa
luz´ which would be ´´What? That light?´
she wanted me to say it to see how we pronounce the t´s at the end of words,
but when I went to say it, I said ¨what? that luz?” and we all started
laughing. It gets my mind mixed up at times.
That’s about it
though.
Love you all!
This was a zone picture and
well it was a little bit disorganized, but fun.
These are pictures
from today. These are some people that played soccer with us. They are from one
of the wards.
Then this is a picture
from the district with our new jerseys. “La M.A.S.” is “The Mission Argentina Salta” and “SUD” stands for “Santos de
los Ultimos Dias,” which would be the Latter Day Saints, or LDS in English.
